Trillium Family Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and collaborative Outpatient/Prevention Skills Trainer to join our Metro Outpatient Team. The position is scheduled during school hours, Monday through Friday, and includes:

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, enjoys working collaboratively with schools and community partners, and is committed to trauma-informed, strengths-based care.

Provide individual, family, and group skills training based on treatment goals.

Support clients in home, school, and community settings as clinically indicated.

Monitor and document client progress toward treatment goals according to agency standards.

Serve as a liaison between Trillium, school personnel, families, and community partners.

Coordinate services with families, schools, and community agencies.

Assist families in accessing community resources and behavioral health services.

Maintain community partnerships and referral resources.

Participate in weekly individual supervision, group supervision, and outpatient team meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field required.

Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience working with at-risk children and youth in a behavioral health or treatment setting.

Ability to use a personal vehicle for agency business with current automobile insurance, when applicable.
