JOB SUMMARY :To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
Maintain accurate records of all students.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans.
Utilizes effective classroom management techniques.
Work collaborative with building administration, teachers, parents/guardians and students.
Utilizes effective classroom management techniques.
Establish an effective rapport with students assigned.
Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs.
Utilizes technology to support instruction.
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
