Apartment Cleaner

The Apartment Cleaner will clean, sanitize, and maintain the property building interiors and communal areas they are assigned. Cleaner will NOT be responsible for cleaning occupied units, only common areas and property grounds.

Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property, especially after a property undergoes maintenance work.

Cleans and disinfects communal areas including entrances, hallways, windows, stairways, and laundry rooms.

During the winter months, you may be required to throw ice-melt (salt) on sidewalks and around entry doors.

Build relationships and maintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction with our tenants.

Assist with processing service requests related to cleanliness and property upkeep from residents and coordinate work orders with the maintenance staff.

Maintain the integrity of the community by ensuring confidentiality of resident and company information.

Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.

Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.

Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
