FULL TIME ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN POSITION

Introduction Our client is a privately owned small animal practice that combines traditional veterinary care with integrative medicine, and they are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. The clinic treats cats and dogs exclusively and is known for its holistic approach, blending conventional treatments with complementary therapies. Working Hours / Rota This is a full-time position working four days per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturdays on a rotational basis. There are no after-hours or on-call requirements, offering a structured schedule and excellent work-life balance. Role Description and Responsibilities The role involves delivering high-quality care through 30-minute consultations, allowing time for thorough case workups and client communication. You will see a varied caseload that includes both general practice and integrative services such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, and Chinese herbal therapy. The position is open to experienced veterinarians with strong mentorship and training available, particularly for those interested in developing their skills in holistic medicine. Practice Details The hospital is well-equipped with Idexx in-house diagnostics, urine and cytology testing, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and advanced anesthesia monitoring systems. It also offers a wide range of integrative therapies supported by equipment such as a hyperbaric chamber, electroacupuncture units, K-laser therapy, assisted lymphatic therapy equipment, ozone generators, and UV filtration. Team The team consists of 2 DVMs, supported by 4 assistants, a receptionist, and an office manager, and they are looking to add a third veterinarian.
