Remote Research Attorney

Job Title This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Research Attorney to join their innovative legal team. This firm has distinguished itself in the legal industry through a series of successful case resolutions and a commitment to client-centered practice over the past several years.

Job Description This is a 100% remote full-time position, where you will provide critical research and litigation support, requiring a professional who can adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of active court proceedings. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of case-related matters, drafting, reviewing, and revising critical legal documents, providing real-time litigation support to the lead attorney during court appearances, and participating in daily morning stand-up meetings to align on priorities and case developments.

Requirements A law degree (J.Demonstrable experience in legal research, writing, and drafting within the US legal system. Proven background in providing co-counsel support and litigation assistance. Familiarity with US court procedures and legal documentation standards.

Qualifications Exceptional legal research and writing capabilities. A flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of shifting priorities seamlessly as case demands change.
