Ready to code the future of US dental care? Teero is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Austin headquarters. If you ship fast, build with AI, and want to launch products shoulder-to-shoulder with the customers who use them, we want to talk.

The $160B+ dental industry still runs on fax machines and phone tag—we're fixing that. We're an AI-native company building the operating system for modern dental offices, starting with staffing and expanding into revenue cycle management, patient billing, and beyond. Backed by Construct Capital with thousands of offices and hygienists using our platform monthly, we're growing fast across the country—and we're just getting started.

You'll be our first engineer in Austin, embedded directly with our operations team and customers at our US headquarters. This isn't a remote satellite of an engineering org—you'll be the technical co-pilot for our product expansion, building and iterating on new products in real time with the dental offices who use them.

You'll hear a customer problem in the morning and ship a fix by the afternoon. You'll sit next to the team selling and onboarding new products like revenue cycle management and patient billing, and build the AI-powered tools that help dental offices grow their revenue faster. We have no product managers: you'll shape what we build and how we build it, working directly with our operations team, founders, and the Amsterdam engineering team.

We don't just use AI—it's how we build. We expect our engineers to stay on the bleeding edge of AI-assisted development, constantly adopting new tools and techniques that let a small team ship at a pace that shouldn't be possible.
Launch and own entire products end-to-end—from zero to live and scaling—with direct customer feedback from day one
Build new products that help dental offices grow their revenue—revenue cycle management, patient billing, and whatever we tackle next
Work directly with operators, dental offices, and hygienists to identify problems and ship solutions fast

Collaborate daily with our Amsterdam engineering team while bringing a uniquely customer-close perspective
Make technical and product decisions that directly impact business growth and customer experience

Strong proficiency in full stack development and React—this shouldn't be your first engineering role, but we care more about what you can build than years on a resume
AI-native: you're already using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools daily and you'd feel slower without them
You have a track record of shipping products or features from idea to production, not just contributing to existing codebases
You thrive on proximity to customers—you'd rather watch someone use your product and iterate on the spot than wait for a bug report
Relentlessly fast: you thrive on shipping quickly and iterating based on real user feedback
High standards for code quality—fast doesn't mean sloppy
Business-minded: you understand how your technical decisions impact growth and customer experience

Experience with our specific stack (Go, TypeScript, React, Temporal)
