RN- Health Care (Full-Time

Role: Registered Nurse dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients' conditions effectively.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Document care activities thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
Support safe discharges and ensure continuity of care.
Maintain infection control and safety standards to protect patients and staff.
Qualifications & Skills Current valid Registered Nurse license.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a community-based, rural healthcare environment.
