Hourly Rate: $51/hour

What You'll Do
Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
Conduct comprehensive assessments pre-, during, and post-treatment
Monitor vascular access, treatment response, and patient stability
Collaborate with nephrologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records
Adhere to infection control and hospital policies
Build positive relationships with patients and staff in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
At least 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience preferred
Certification in BLS and ACLS
Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
Competence in operating Tablo Hemodialysis System
Strong critical thinking, communication, and autonomous work skills
