EVENING! - Restaurant Server / Hostess / Host

You’ll welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate the flow of the dining room to ensure a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Your energy, organization, and attention to detail set the tone for an exceptional visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.

Coordinate with servers, runners, and the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow.

Communicate wait times and seating updates to guests clearly and courteously.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.

Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodations.

Support the front of house team during peak hours as needed.

Skills

Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Settings

Primarily PM shifts, with possible AM availability.

Must be available for weekends, holidays, and special events.
