Head of Marketing Management

Develop and oversee the North American market strategy, including annual marketing plans, tactical execution, and performance monitoring.

Ensure alignment with global corporate objectives while addressing regional market dynamics and customer needs.

Serve as the primary marketing liaison to North American distributors and channel partners.

Provide strategic marketing support, training, and communication to ensure consistent product positioning, brand messaging, and campaign execution across all partner touchpoints.

Global & Regional Product Launch Leadership

Lead the regional rollout of new products, adapting global launch plans to local market requirements.

Collaborate with global product marketing teams to ensure timely and impactful product introductions in North America.

Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team including:

Senior Marketing Specialist

Visual & Video Content Designer

Partner & KOL Marketing Manager

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field .

8+ years of progressive marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.

Proven track record in regional marketing strategy, channel partner management, and product commercialization.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with North American distribution networks in dental or healthcare

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in medical device marketing.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools.
