We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates just like you to serve as a Bartender/PM Hospitality Attendant for our Residence Inn University Circle/Medical Center located adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve Health Education Campus.

Job Responsibilities As a PM Hospitality Attendant, you will be responsible for the set-up, breakdown, clean-up and service of the buffets. Perform opening and closing sidework per checklists including bussing responsibilities.
Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items.
Take food and drink orders from customers. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, equipment, glassware, dishes and serving utensils.
Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu.
Provide current information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas.
Ensure that coffee makers, bread drawers, toasters, and/or steam tables are turned on/off at the appropriate times
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, i.e. cooking temperature, product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning.
Complete daily inventory prep sheet.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Food & Beverage department and surrounding areas.
Stock and replenish inventory displays for guest purchase.
Assist in checking all fixtures, equipment and conditions (lights, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operation, settings and maintenance. Job Requirements We are looking for a self-motivated PM Hospitality Attendant with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. 3 to 6 months related experience in a food service role
~ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Exceptional customer service skills
