Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant
We’re hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Hillsborough, NJ. This role offers a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with 1 patient per hour. The salary range is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus full benefits.
Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist in implementing physical therapy treatments and contribute to the rehabilitation of patients in an outpatient setting. You will work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist to ensure that patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities

Assist with therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
Guide patients through prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities
Document treatment sessions and monitor patient progress
Communicate patient updates to the Physical Therapist
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas
Requirements

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
Active New Jersey PTA license
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
