Bloom’n Gardens Landscape LLC, established in 2005, is a leading provider of high-quality landscaping and hardscaping installations and maintenance services in the north metro Atlanta area. We are currently seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a team that takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful and functional outdoor spaces, and will have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a positive, team-focused culture. Perform property care work in accordance with Bloom’n Gardens quality and safety guidelines.
Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal, inclusive of heavy Fall/Winter seasonal leaf collection.
Lay mulch, prep flower beds, plant all manner of plant varieties (small flowers to large shrubs), and maintain garden beds through hand weeding and deadheading.
Maintain, clean and properly store work equipment; and be able to identify and report damage to client property or personal equipment.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team.
Starting Pay: $14-$17 per hour ; PTO including vacation, personal, and holiday pay.
