Home Health Physical Therapist West Portland, OR & Surrounding Areas
Join a supportive Home Health team serving the West Portland area and surrounding communities! We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a full-time day shift position.
Day shift | 5x8-hour (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
IRS Standard Rate mileage reimbursement
Charting: EPIC Remote Client (laptop) + Rover app
ASAP (local candidates accepted)
Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health PT experience
Active PT license in Oregon
Ability to travel within an occasional maximum radius of ~60 miles (6090 minutes total drive time/day)
