Deliver patient-centered nursing care within the ICU setting, respecting privacy and adapting communication to patient needs
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Monitor patient status using advanced life support skills and electronic health records (Epic)
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and health management practices
Manage and delegate resources efficiently, demonstrating leadership and good judgment
Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols in a fast-paced healthcare environment
What You Need

Required:
Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience with Epic documentation skills

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
