Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Primary Care / Urgent Care
Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide patient-centered primary care services in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. The provider will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, health counseling, and care coordination.

Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Orientation Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week for 4 weeks
• Position may require working three out of every six weekends and possible holiday rotations

Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program completion
Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the following:
Family Medicine
Primary Care Practice
Urgent Care

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
Provide primary and family medicine care through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient health conditions
Develop and manage individualized care plans, including chronic disease management and preventive care
Perform routine examinations and evaluate patients to promote positive health outcomes
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, preventative care, and disease management
Complete diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare through services such as:
Health screenings
Behavioral health support
Manage administrative clinic responsibilities, including:
Opening and closing clinic operations
Inventory management
Insurance verification and payment collection
Experienced primary care or urgent care Nurse Practitioner
Proficient with electronic medical records and healthcare technology
DEA registration may be required during onboarding
