Registered Nurse Evenings/Nights - Hospice Care

Heartland Hospice, part of ProMedica, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse On Call to provide after-hours hospice care in home and facility settings. The RN triages calls, conducts urgent visits, manages symptoms and pain, and implements hospice care plans. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and clear documentation.
