Full time or Part time Crew Member Morning shifts

Chicken Salad Chick is looking for Crew Members who are friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoy serving guests. Ideally, you share a passion for food, have a good understanding of cash register operations, and love providing guests with quality service. Previous experience in guest service or similar roles is advantageous but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Stock ingredients from delivery area to work area, walk‑in cooler, and storage.

In charge of food preparation.

Answer and take phone orders.

Follow daily cleaning schedule.

Work and communicate effectively with co‑workers, guests, and management.

Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints.

Escalate problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.

Prioritize important tasks and manage your time efficiently.

Operate equipment related to your role.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualities We Seek

Good communication skills.

Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate on phone and in person.

Requirements

Must be able to follow directions.

Must have a current Texas Food Handler card/cert.

Reliable transportation.

Smiling is a must.

Friendly, reliable, and punctual.

Strong communication skills.

Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.

Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts).

Enjoys working with people.

At least 16 years of age.
