Client/Customer Support Rep

Job Description Almega Management Group is growing in Lancaster and we’re looking for driven, people-focused Client Representatives to join our growing team! This is an on-site role where you’ll support customers both in-office and throughout the local community!

As a Client Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.

Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products or services
Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive way
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to completion
Provide a positive customer experience and answer questions as needed
Work closely with the team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Must be at least 18 years or older
Leadership qualities or interest in professional growth preferred
Customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation - this is an on-site position
