Bartender- Restaurant evening

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner. This role ensures guests enjoy a positive bar experience by delivering quality beverages, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to all responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, company standards, and guest preferences.

Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional customer service.

Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and promotions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.

Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.

Assist with inventory management and notify management of stock shortages.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent guest service.

Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred.

Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and spirits.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Alcohol Service Certification and Food Handler Certification preferred or required based on local regulations.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Flexible schedule required. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed based on hotel occupancy, staffing needs, and business levels.
