Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

At The Treetop ABA , we're a close-knit, clinician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality care-and helping you love what you do. Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than a profession-it's a purpose. Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals

Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes

Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions

What you'll need Active BCBA Certification (required)

North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
