Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgery - Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical Surgical (Med Surg) team within a community-based hospital setting. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse adult patient population.
The RN will provide direct care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, supporting recovery, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform patient assessments, including physical evaluations and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other clinical staff
Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Med Surg or acute care preferred)
Experience in Medical Surgical or acute care hospital settings
Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
Patient-centered care approach
Community hospital Med Surg unit
Care for adult patients with a range of medical conditions
