A Supercuts hairstylist is the most important position in the Supercuts system. The certification our stylists receive upon graduation from the Hairstylist Academy (HSA) represents our promise to our customer. A promise that each and every hairstylist that we employ is a fully trained and highly competent professional. The Supercuts stylist is responsible for serving customers in a friendly, professional manner, understanding the customers and their satisfaction are of the utmost importance. The hairstylist will accomplish this by the Supercuts brand standards and follow our operating principles as well as best practices. By consistently implementing the 360 experience we ensure that every customer's expectations are exceeded and will ensure that we have successful Supercuts stylists and valuable employees.

Provide quality haircuts by consistently using the Supercuts technique

Educate the customer and recommend products to help them maintain his/her hairstyle between salon visits

Execute the 360 Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Follow the sanitation guideline

Maintain a current cosmetology license

Attend all required technical training sessions

Attend monthly salon meetings

Strong customer service with an outgoing, confident and professional personality. Professional phone etiquette. Flexible availability. Only the franchisee is responsible for employment matters at the salon including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, wages and benefits. Regis will not receive a copy of your employment application and will have no involvement in any hiring or other employment decisions.
