The Inside Sales & Lead Response Coordinator is responsible for responding quickly to new leads, following up consistently through the sales cycle to help close deals, supporting lead generation and CRM upkeep, and coordinating the customer meetings and events that keep client relationships strong. Qualify incoming leads against target criteria and route them to the appropriate salesperson or estimator.

Log all lead activity and response times in the CRM to support pipeline visibility and reporting.

Sales Follow-Up & Deal Closing

Coordinate final details (pricing, scope, contract terms) between the client, sales, and estimating to support deal closure.

Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence across the pipeline so no opportunity stalls without contact.

Lead Generation & CRM Management

Research prospective clients, projects, and market opportunities to build a qualified lead pipeline.

Maintain and clean CRM records, contact information, and customer databases.

Inside Sales & Lead Response Coordinator

Track and report on lead source performance and conversion rates.

Customer Engagement & Events

Coordinate customer meetings, including scheduling, prep materials, and follow-up notes.

Plan and support customer appreciation events and promotional activities.

Assist with outreach communications that keep the company top-of-mind with existing clients between active projects.

Recent schooling or 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, estimating, project coordination, marketing, customer service, or a related role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, energy, or related industries.

Knowledge of sales pipeline management and lead generation processes.

Familiarity with project management or sales operations processes.

7am - 5pm M-Thursday, 7am-11am Fridays (work permitted)
