PPG's Aerospace Business is looking for an Operational Excellence Technician to join our team onsite in Grand Prairie, TX! If you are passionate about enhancing processes and leading in manufacturing operations, apply now to be part of our team.
Increase machining processes for quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
Implement manufacturing cost reductions for process improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering to design machines, tools, and increase work flow.
Manage projects for product improvement.
provide employee training on lean concepts.
Collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve service-related issues.
Align with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements; Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering; OR HS Diploma/GED and equivalent work experience related to lean manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Knowledge of Aerospace manufacturing concepts and application preferred.
Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.
