Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a CRNA to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Kings County Hospital operates a world-renowned Level I Trauma Center, one of only three in Brooklyn, which serves 2.6 million residents of Brooklyn and Staten Island. Formulation of an anesthetic plan in conjunction with the Attending Anesthesiologist, based on individual patient needs.

Provision of anesthesia services to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Induction of general anesthesia using accepted methods, based on the anesthetic plan, and in accordance with the prescription of an Attending Anesthesiologist.

Possession of a current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license

Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

Successful completion of the national certifying examination for Nurse Anesthesia

Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $373,800** and $384,800** (based on years of experience) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $98,800***.
