Caregiver Personal Care with HCA

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a key role in improving the quality of life for our patients. You will assist patients with daily activities and tasks, provide physical support, companionship, and help take care of the home.

Care Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Encourage patients to preform daily personal hygiene

Support patients with mobility, standing, and physical activities

Meal preparation and planning

Answer the telephone, assist with gathering personal mail and other correspondence

Provide companionship and conversation

Care Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Performs all tasks in compliance with the company policies, rules, and procedures; Demonstrating related housekeeping or personal care experience
