Energy Counsel

Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeking an Energy Counsel with significant experience in regulatory compliance, enforcement, and legal advisory for the electric utility sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record advising on FERC and NERC matters, leading teams, and managing complex regulatory proceedings. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

As soon as possible
Part-time, 15-25 hours per week, potential for Full-time hours as well
Contract duration: Location: Remote

Qualified energy attorney with 5+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance and enforcement in a law firm or corporate law department setting
Prior experience with renewable energy and/or smart grid highly desirable
Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
High quality work – support leading in-house teams, including the world’s largest organizations.
