With 16 communities spanning multiple states, the community specializes in Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Position: Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Wages start at $45! Schedule AM Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM

PM Shift: 2 PM – 10:30 PM

NOC Shift: 10 PM – 6:30 AM

Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.

Monitor residents’ vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person‑centered care.

Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.

Educate residents and families on health‑related topics and promote preventive care.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date resident medical records.

Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and families.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in a long‑term care setting.

Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
