Our mission is to deliver person-centered therapy that truly helps children and families thrive. We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role combines direct client support in-home and in the community with remote administrative flexibility. We offer center based and/or home based positions in the greater Savannah region.
Manage small caseloads for high-quality, individualized care
Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and track client progress through data analysis
Stay up to date with ABA research and best practices
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience developing and implementing ABA programs
