Contract | Travel | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every other weekend required | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and responding to cardiac rhythm changes
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas or a compact state
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience required
Current ACLS certification required
Current BLS certification required
Proficiency with Cerner EMR required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a travel nursing capacity within a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
