Janitor/Cleaning Associate

Warehouse Janitorial CleanerWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in building/facilities. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.Shift: Wednesday-Saturday from 5:30pm-4:00amPay: $16.50 per hour, paid weeklyA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.Responsibilities• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.• Move cabinets, furniture, boxes, crates, and equipment to clean areas manually or with hand trucks.• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.• Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment.• Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to surfaces and fixtures.• Notify management of the need for repairs or additions to building systems.• Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.• QualificationsRequired:• Must be 18 years of age or older• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not requiredPreferred:• 1 year of similar work experience• 1 year of customer service experienceAbout UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
