In this role, you will seamlessly coordinate appointments, support spa operations, and anticipate guest needs while ensuring every interaction reflects the world-class service and luxury standards synonymous with Four Seasons. Your exceptional organization, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help create memorable and effortless experiences for every guest who visits our Spa.Coordinate spa reservations and communications by managing appointments, handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate booking records, and ensuring seamless communication across the spa team.Support daily spa operations by partnering with therapists, attendants, housekeeping, and engineering teams to maintain an organized, efficient, and guest-ready environment.Manage administrative and retail functions including processing payments, promoting spa retail products, maintaining inventory accuracy, updating guest materials, and handling lost-and-found items in accordance with Four Seasons standards.What You BringReading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred) within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.Knowledge of spa software systems and hotel interface programs such as Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS, preferably.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva.What To ExpectWork a flexible part-time schedule averaging approximately 25 hours per week, with opportunities to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury hospitality environment.Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting where you will utilize a variety of technology platforms, reservation systems, phones, and office equipment to support daily spa operations and exceptional service delivery.Opportunities for professional growth within a globally recognized luxury brand.Access to world-class training and development programs.Exclusive complimentary and discounted hotel stays across Four Seasons properties worldwide.
