Program CoordinatorThe Program Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative and operational support for assigned programs related to planning, directing and coordination of activities associated with system-wide improvement, innovation design and training. Working under general supervision, this position assists with the creation of support materials, basic data reporting associated with budget and improvement outcomes, training scheduling, participant registration and attendance tracking. Oversees all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling meetings, arranging venues, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring smooth execution of program activities.Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, such as physicians, nurses, administrative staff, patients, and community partners, to promote program participation, gather feedback, and ensure program relevance and effectiveness.Collects and manages program data, such as attendance, outcomes, and feedback.Conducts data analysis to evaluate program performance and impact, presenting findings to leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Assists in developing and managing program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.Collaborates with the marketing department to create promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content to raise awareness of programs and attract participants.Education:Required: Bachelor's Degree.
