Full Time - Client Services Rep

Animal Lovers: Grow your veterinary career today! Central Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary general practice located in Fremont. We are searching for two full-time Client Service Representatives to join our team in Fremont, CA! We’re offering an hourly rate of $20 - 25/h r based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6:00pm or 10:30am-7:00pm

We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players committed to excellent client service and interested in the field. Are comfortable around cats and dogs

Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent.

Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting. Veterinary or medical setting preferred.

General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc.

Managing phone lines

Medical records management
