Overall Responsibilities:

Monitor progress and issues for well-defined tasks while seeking guidance to continue program momentum. You'll utilize existing protocols including meetings and project plans to organize and manage program tasks and stakeholders while demonstrating attention to detail. You'll collaborate with and communicate to stakeholders with guidance from your teammates as you develop familiarity with the domain of your program.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.

Maintain project trackers and status reports under the direct guidance of program stakeholders.

Assist in regional invoice reviews and consumption log reporting.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or program management.

Proficiency with foundational project management concepts, including managing project scope, schedule, and cost.

Experience with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with GIS platforms such as ESRI, QGIS, or 3-GIS.

Experience with Salesforce and SAP.

Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, including formulas.

Basic to intermediate SQL skills.

3+ years' experience supporting telecommunications projects.

Hiring Manager Insights:

Role is hybrid in Kansas City (primarily desk-based).

Will support multiple vendor managers across Kansas City, Omaha, Des Moines, Jefferson City.

Focus: project coordination & program management (budget, schedule, reporting).

OSP (Outside Plant) telecom background is a plus but not mandatory.

Flexibility is key: candidate should be able to carve out value by applying their strongest skills.

Success in first 30-60 days = learning acronyms, tools, systems, and adapting quickly.
Mandatory Experience / Skills:

3+ years project/program management or project coordination experience.

Strong in schedule, budget, data management, reporting.

Ability to support multiple managers/projects simultaneously.

Comfort with desk-based work (data/systems, not field-heavy).
