Is this split and/or fully grant funded?
Supports research projects by performing straightforward lab assays and analysis. Assists PI, research staff, and students with various lab procedures and projects.
Will receive training to be able to perform techniques required in experiments. Performs basic lab tasks required to complete experiments. Gathers, organizes and records data. Performs simple analysis of results. May assist with electronic research.
Monitors inventory of essential lab supplies and order additional supplies as necessary. Helps maintain a safe and orderly lab environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.

Computer Skills

Basic Word and Excel software knowledge, willingness to learn lab specific software as needed including statistical analysis and visualization tools.
