Researching trademark and copyright laws
Preparing and filing trademark applications
Including opposing and defending against third-party trademark infringement claims
Responding to office actions
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
Experience with trademark management software (Huski.Health insurance and Long-Term Disability insurance.
Retirement savings plan (401(k)).
