Radiation Therapist
Location: Austin, TX (Full-time, Permanent)
This established provider of community-based cancer care serves patients across Texas and surrounding regions with advanced, evidence-based oncology treatments. Their patient-centered approach integrates clinical research and leading-edge technology to deliver care in accessible, supportive settings close to home.
Administer safe and precise radiation therapy under the supervision of a radiation oncologist and chief therapist. Key responsibilities include setting up treatment fields, accurately delivering prescribed doses, documenting treatment data, assisting with mold and block fabrication, and maintaining a safe treatment environment. The role may also involve mentoring new therapists and supporting clinical education.
Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program
- ARRT certified in Radiation Therapy
- Valid Texas radiation therapy license
- Experience with EMR systems and treatment planning interpretation
