What you'll be doing

Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like

Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track
Who we're looking for

Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
Someone who has 5+ years in roofing sales and is self-driven. Has good grip on available products
Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
