Mulberry is partnering with a global veterinary organization to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role you will conduct full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive an exceptional hiring experience. Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and executive level roles across technology, operations, and corporate functions.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on talent strategy.
Partner with global HRBPs and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, business goals, and long‑term organizational priorities.
Develop tailored search strategies for leadership hires, including passive sourcing, targeted outreach, and confidential recruitment.
Build and maintain pipelines for highly specialized skill sets.
Proactively source diverse, high‑quality candidates using advanced sourcing methodologies.
Build future‑facing talent pipelines for recurring or anticipated vacancies across the organization.
Influence, coach, and collaborate with hiring teams across multiple time zones to align expectations and ensure consistency.
Facilitate debriefs and guide hiring leaders through structured, equitable decision‑making.
Utilize global recruitment systems, tools, and platforms to accurately track candidate movement and maintain data integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

• 5-7+ years of corporate technical recruiting experience
• Compensation and Benefits : $50-60/HR plus access to Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
