As a Pool & Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a welcoming, clean, and relaxing pool and beach environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are service-driven, and take pride in creating elevated guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach areas throughout the day
Set up and break down pool and beach furniture according to daily operations
Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience
Ensure towels and amenities are properly stocked and refreshed
Follow all safety, health, and resort policies at all times
Collaborate with lifeguards, recreation, and food & beverage teams to support seamless service
Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
