Apartment Maintenance Technician – Full Time (40+ Hours)

Location: Lithonia, GA
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week + overtime as needed
On-Call: Required rotation
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with residents and management
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Own basic tools
Ability to work 40 hours per week plus overtime when needed
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
Apartment maintenance experience required
