The successful candidate will be responsible for the architecture of the revenue engine, including field enablement, deal desk, GTM engineering, and business analysis. The role demands a strategic approach to revenue operations, with a clear vision for the future and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. The Head of Revenue Operations will work closely with the CRO, Sales, and CS leaders to ensure a seamless and efficient revenue process, and will be instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Applicants for the Head of Revenue Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in revenue or go-to-market operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity at a B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running operations for a business with both product-led and sales-assisted motions, and a deep understanding of the associated challenges. Technical proficiency in Salesforce and the surrounding stack is essential, as is experience in deploying AI within a go-to-market organization. The role requires a leader who is adept at building and scaling functions, and who is comfortable in a globally distributed, multi-brand business. The Head of Revenue Operations will be evaluated on their ability to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and conversion, as well as their success in eliminating manual revenue work through automation.
