Full-time position available working with Preschool at our beautiful REGGIO-INSPIRED facility in Carlsbad!

Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children

Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones

High School diploma/GED required

Twelve units in Child Development, including the core courses of

Growth & Development (3 units)

Child, Family & Community (3 units)

Curriculum (3 units)

Principles and Practices (3 units)

AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred

12 months of professional teaching in a Reggio program preferred

Frequently lift, carry, or hold children with a range of weight from 10 to 40 pounds; Respond immediately and appropriately to multiple or unexpected situations or emergencies

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $22.00 - $26.85 per hour. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
