Julie Tackett are experienced in all types of medical, surgical, and preventive health conditions. Beyond first rate pet care, we make our hospital comfortable, kid-friendly and provide a very calm environment so your pet can relax in our spacious waiting room and look forward to meeting his or her own personal veterinarian.

Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialist. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred
Highly organized and possess computer skills
