Registered Nurse - Hospital (Full-Time)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluation and adjust care plans accordingly.
Provide compassionate care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Supervise and coordinate care provided by CNAs and LPNs.
Implement department policies, programs, and procedures.
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Exhibit excellent customer service and positive attitude towards patients.
Utilize reasoning and good judgment in clinical decision-making.
Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Skills Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing.
Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) maintained current during employment.
Strong interpersonal, reasoning, and communication skills.
Additional Requirements Ability to interpret policies, exhibit excellent customer service, and work productively within a team environment.
