Manufacturing Production Laborer *** WEEKLY PAY ***

General Production Workers Needed! Operate production equipment while supporting the final stages of the manufacturing process.
Perform assembly, material handling, and production tasks to maintain workflow.
Use hand tools and equipment while following safety and quality standards.
Monitor equipment, maintain cleanliness, and support daily sanitation procedures.
Assist with general production duties while meeting output and performance goals.
Manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and remain active throughout the shift.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Experience in cleanroom, lab, or controlled manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures within production settings.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working around automated production equipment.
Reliable work ethic and ability to adapt to changing production needs.
Clean, controlled manufacturing and lab environment.
Work around automated equipment and heated production tanks.
Hot conditions with occasional wet work areas due to sanitation processes.
Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and standing throughout shifts.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
