Cardiac Surgeon Opportunity in Sacramento

The Permanente Medical Group/Kaiser Permanente of Northern California seeks a cardiac surgeon to join the team in Sacramento, California which is one of three main cardiac surgery centers of excellence in Northern California. Full-Time position

Leadership would welcome inquiries from Cardiovascular Surgeons with 3 to 7 years of experience in Cardio Vascular Surgery

This opportunity is open because we have a senior surgeon retiring from the group in 2026

We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiovascular Surgeons preferably skilled and proficient in minimally invasive surgery (MIS), aortic surgery, and heart failure surgery (at this location we are not seeking surgeons requiring/seeking LVAD procedures)

Experience preferred and surgeons completing training in 2025/2026 are also encouraged to apply

Full-time annual salary range is $582,000 to $600,000 with additional potential incentives up to $200,760 .
