A Project Manager position is available at Garney Construction in the DC Metro Area . To be considered for this position you must have previous project management experience in the water and waste-water construction industry.

Managing cost and "Work In Progress" projections.

Managing job site supervisory personnel.

Planning and scheduling the project.

Negotiating and purchasing materials.

Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.

Managing project costs.

Contract negotiation and administration.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
